A stable and healthy daily schedule is the foundation of physical energy and stable mental state, which greatly affects our study, work and mood. Many modern young people fall into bad habits: staying up late scrolling mobile phones, skipping breakfast, eating irregular junk food and lacking exercise, leading to fatigue, poor concentration and low spirits. Making a practical routine does not mean being overly strict with ourselves, but forming sustainable good habits step by step.
Getting up at a fixed time every morning instead of sleeping in helps regulate the body clock. Breakfast should include protein and grains rather than grabbing snacks on the way. Setting fixed working periods and rest intervals avoids overworking. It is necessary to squeeze out thirty minutes every day for light exercise, such as jogging, yoga or brisk walking after meals, which improves blood circulation and relieves mental pressure. Before bedtime, put down electronic devices an hour early; we can read paper books, stretch our bodies or listen to soft audio to help fall asleep faster. We should also arrange proper rest time on weekends instead of staying up late to play all night. A healthy routine does not make life rigid, but gives us steady energy, improves efficiency and keeps both body and mind in good condition for long-term daily life.
